For a calculation question
Include the public project or treatment-unit name, the approximate time, the metric you are asking about and any error message. A report's source reference or integrity hash can help identify the result.
Please do not email credentials, private addresses, sensitive notes or unrelated conversation transcripts.
For a connector problem
Include the client name, the tool name, approved public area ID and error text. State whether the server failed to connect or a particular tool failed after connecting.
Common questions
Why is my area unavailable?
The first pilot uses a retained French Meadows source crop. The web app needs a selection within supported coverage; the connector accepts only its listed public IDs. The service does not silently substitute another region or infer a result from map appearance.
Why does the treatment acreage differ from analyzed acreage?
County source-reported acreage and the area analyzed on the model grid are separate measurements. The report keeps both visible. A difference alone does not establish that either source is wrong.
Can this estimate the benefit of a fuel break?
It can establish reference hazard context. A treatment-benefit estimate also needs a supported baseline/treated model comparison, with treatment, weather and asset assumptions appropriate to the project.
